Order Processing
At Golacart, we strive to process and disptach all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally proceesed within 1-5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details, where available. We will also provide you the tracking number when it is ready. Processing times maybe extended during peak seasons, promotional events, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Options
We offer both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping services to accommodate different delivery preferences. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and the products ordered.
Shipping Timeframes
Most orders are delivered within 10–15 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping Costs

Shipping Address Requirements

Tracking Information

Delayed Shipments
While we work diligently to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances may include customs processing/stuck, transportation disruptions, severe weather conditions, public holidays, carrier delays, government regulations, high shipping volumes, or other unforeseen events. Delivery estimates are subject to change, and delays do not automatically qualify for refunds, cancellations, or compensation.
Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the shipment, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in such situations.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery services are managed by the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered after they have been marked as delivered. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly regarding delivery-related concerns, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist when possible.
